We are hosting our 2nd Annual Holiday Healing Happy Hour! Just like last year there will be discounted mini treatments to help you get through the stressful holiday season! We know that the holidays are all about giving, but this is a chance for you to receive the gift of relaxation!
Stop in for a quick treatment inbetween holiday shopping or book a few treatments and make the day all about you! We will have gift certificates available, as well as unique gifts you can buy for friends and family! So you can check shopping off your list and de-stress at the same time!
There will be food and drinks as well as a free raffle with some pretty awesome gifts! For each servie you recieve you we get one entry.

The Holidays bring so much joy and love, but they can also bring in a lot of stress and worry! But this year we are here to help! Myself, along with the other healing practitioners in my building are getting together to host our first ever HOLIDAY HEALING HAPPY HOUR!
The happy hour will include:
$20 for 20 minute sessions of either Acupuncture or Cupping with (me) Jessie
$20 for 20 minute sessions of Sound Therapy with Singing Bowls with Robyn
$20 for 20 minute sessions of Aqua Chi Detox Foot Baths with Debi
$20 for 20 minute sessions of Energy Healing with Lisa
$20 for 20 minute sessions of Percussion therapy with Lana
$15 for 8 minute sessions of The Bemer Mat with Mary
You can book just one 20 minute session of your choice for some quick relaxation and relief or book multiple back to back with all the different session available for a full on spa night!
Sessions are going to book quick so we suggest you either book the next time you are in the office or call and email to see what time slots are available! We will start at five and go in 20 minute increments with our last appointments starting at seven! (With the exception on Mary who can be booked our every 10 minutes)

Just wanted to update you all on the amazing turnout we had for the Auricular Acupuncture Benefit we had for Hurricane Relief, with your help Denver Mind Body Essence was able to donate $100 to BOTH The Humane Society of the United States and Americane Red Cross!
We could not be more thrilled with the outcome of this event! Thank you all for your generosity!
AURICULAR ACUPUNCTURE FOR HURRICANE HARVEY
Hurricane Harvey in a four day period poured more than 40 inches of rain over the areas it hit, resulting in the flooding of hundreds of thousands of homes, displacing more than 30,000 people and animals. There has already been more than 17,000 rescues. As the waters start to lower the disaster continues as the reminents of what was left by Harvey can better be seen. The recovery from Harvey is expected to take many years.
This is where we come in, from donating we can help add to the relief process! This hurricane shook people all over the country, and now it is time to come together to help the victims of Harvey.
All of the proceeds from this event will go directly to The American Red Cross and The Humane Society. We are asking a minimum donation of $10, but you won't just be sending your support, you will also recieve a 15-20 minute community style auricular acupuncture. Cash or check is perferred so we can avoid credit card fees, but a credit card option will be avaiable!

Jessie Barrett, L.Ac with Megan McCaslin certified yoga instructor, are excited to bring you our first ever Acu Yoga Fusion class!
After a 50 minute yoga flow class led by Megan, the restorative relaxation will continue with 20 minutes of Acupuncture. Jessie will choose specific points based on your needs while you lay and relax on your mat. (If needles aren't for you feel free to let Jessie know and she will provide needle free acupuncture with the use of Auricular Seeds.)
All of this for just $30 and you can still make it your Sunday Brunch feeling like the best you! Payment due the day of the event.
Please bring your own mat and arrive by 9:45AM to secure your spot and check in, class will end around 11:30AM.
