Thank you for visiting DENVER MIND BODY ESSENCE, with licensed Acupuncturist Jessie Barrett. I specailize in treating Pain, Digestion, and, Insomnia; as well as working with emotions, such as anxiety and depression.
I believe that proper digestion and sleep are some of the most key parts of our life and when they are out of balance it affects our whole system. Pain also plays a major role in our daily routines, and it can affect us both physically and emotionally.
From my experience treating anxiety and depression, I have learned once we get control of the emotions our whole systems begin to function smoother and find a better balance, often benefiting our sleep, digestion, and our aches and pains.
Acupuncture is the primary tool used at DENVER MIND BODY ESSENCE to achieve the best results for my clients, but other modalities are also incorporated, including and Amethyst BioMat, Reiki, and additional Traditional Chinese Medical techniques!
My mission is to look at the body as a whole and not just the problem. Each treatment will be different for every individual and for each visit depending on how your body is presenting that day. I focus on providing effective and compassionate care in a relaxed environment!
